Special Feeling Two intense days in Greece dedicated to DXN business

First of all, visiting Greece is always a special feeling and not only for building my MLM business. It doesn’t happen every day that you can enjoy a rich breakfast admiring a breathtaking view of the Acropolis of Athens!

Also, Greece is a very interesting country from the DXN business’ point of view, our MLM network here is expanding very well. I spent two intense days, one in Athens and one in Thessaloniki as a part of my Restart Day Tour.

I met successful DXN leaders, ambitious MLM networkers and new interested people. The involvement was huge, between my speech and their questions we hardly noticed that time was over. DXN MLM Seminar in Rome WoW

Laszlo Kocso In  Numerous MLM business builders arrived from different parts of Italy to my all-day DXN seminar in Rome and not only because Rome is a beautiful city. For some of them in fact it was the first time they participated to a DXN event.

They have already gained MLM experience in other companies, but they were not satisfied so they accepted the DXN leaders invitation to my seminar. So in the stunning location of Villa Carpegna, just a few minutes away from the Vatican, I had the pleasure to hold the Restart Day Seminar during which I gave tips for building the DXN MLM business with more creativity and focus. In MLM business the leaders have to be some kind of advisors, who help their downlines in achieving their aims.

The 3 most important strategic rules in developing my MLM business:

1. I don’t want to decide, instead of the prospect, wheter hte prospect is interested in the business or not.

We prone to decide in advance, that the other person is interested in the opportunity or not. Do not ever do that! Show the business to anyone you get in contact with.It is important that the aim here is not to convince, but to inform the prospect. I am sure that i am in the best business and i simply share this information with her/him. And the prospect can decide is this her/his business or not. That’s it, it is that simple, no pushing, just easy, rock-solid, self-conifdent communication.

2. Getting in touch in with those who refused every 3 months.

A „No” is never for me, or the business, but for the prospects actual status, attitude. These circumstances and the person itself is changing all the time. That’s why it is worth to look up those who said no and the inactive colleagues as well.

3. I should feel good in the business and my colleagues also should feel good.

Everyone is building one’s business not one’s sponsor’s. I don’t call or push my downlines, that why don’t they work. I wait until they call me and ask for my help. They should be willing to become successful, not me. If I let them do things as they will, but I don’t let them overspend and assure them if needed I am there to support them, this way, according to my experience, a real optimal work relation is created.

In my experience, you can get out the most of the marketing plan if your look for the closest person in your downline, who would like to work independently and you support that person and you sponsor only until that level.

Some short thoughts about the principles, values, which I represent in MLM business building:

You can only be really successful at a company in long term, which offers products, which people really need and would buy them and use them without external influence, even when they have stopped building the business.

A company, whose marketing plan does not demand and oblige, but gives opportunity.

We are in an exceptional lucky situation, that both of them is given in the DXN business.

You can build a real big business with direct colleagues, with whom you would gladly spend time besides business activity. You have the freedom to decide who would you like to work together with.

You have to decide, when you are talking about the business, what are you selling, what would you like to sell? There is only thing in your negotiator’s mind at first: Why would I be interested in this? The interest can be aroused the most with your own story and through it you can be the most trustworthy.

No one can have a BIG business unless one has own product testimonies!

Your invested work is multiplied, it matters how much time you spend on it!

MLM is an entrepreneurship not a religion. You don’t have to beleive in MLM, your MLM company, your have to beleive in yourself!

And the most important:

Don’t let your downline overspend, just because they are  excessively motivated! If one doesn’t overspend, one only spend one’s spare time, or a part of it, on the business one can’t lose. In this way one will not have a reason to give up and will become successful sooner or later.

About Me

I’m getting 32 years old this year. I have been already dealing with online marketing and direct sales training for almost 14 years. I have done several succesful Internet projects.

Through years after working long hours week by week in the office I spent month keeping sales and online marketing training either in Hungary or one of the neighbour countries. I couldn’t have a rest for a moment or perhabs I didn’t want to.

I have always known that the MLM is a fantastic opportunity but I couldn’t get enthusiastic about neither the product of any company nor their marketing plan.

I was looking for answer for the why and I found 2 reasons.

One of them is that every MLM seemed too pushy. During the traning I kept I taught direct sales so I got in touch with hundreds of beginer and advanced sales people. That sales people were trying to offer plenty of MLM business. Everybody was pushing and by all means they with so many different book-like triks wanted me to join the business.

The most common trick I often meet sounds like this: „We are not looking for ditributors but leaders. Laszlo that’s why we are looking for you. You could be very successful.

The second reason is that a well-functioning MLM business doesn’t require creativity. It’is based on bald statistics fact, and anybody can be successful who keeps the instructions, copies what should be followed, does the requested amount of invitations, does the requested amount of presentations, every objection is lost on him and presses on like a bulldoser, he will be certainly successful. And he is going to be really successful. This is the point of MLM business and it has been working all over the world and is going to work as well. A system like this I, as a distributor, am a statistic date and if I do the required work then I win. That’s it and no more there is no need to think it only has to be done.

The opportunity is huge in the MLM business, the income and the lifestyle connected to it are really attractive but I still couldn’t make myself how to be enthusiastic about it, because it is not working without it, is it.

After a while I have found out the solution: I’ll have to build a MLM network! I have to prove that without pressing on the offline world it is also possible to build a successful network. Instead of me my website is going to sell the products and business opportunities. I am going to make business with those people who I have never met in the physical reality and for whom I provide an online marketing system with which they can be successful either.

In my spouse, Munawer Shah, I have found not only a supporter of my plans but an active participant in business, who is my partner in the business world as well, and who significantly contributed to carrying out my ideas with her novel thoughts and opinions.

So everything was given and I felt that even my creativity would be needed to do the job. I was enthusiastic too but the most important things, the suitable product and company partner were still missing.

Although not for the first but second time I managed to have found the optimal partner in every respect in the management of the Malaysian DXN company and its product.

Their product speaks for itself as the majority of the adult population are not simply coffee consumers but almost coffee addicted. It feels good to offer them a different kind of coffee which in our experience is better for their health.

The business part of the system is simple and free from any liabilities and it does not require financial investment.

The DXN is a market leader, stable, transparent firm on the stock market.

The online network building system worked out by us is certainly working for everyone irrespectively of anyone’s work experience. Now that I can already prove it, I have written a book on it, which can be useful for you to decide if you will take on the business or not.

In conclusion, the feeling is more important for me that thousands of people got recruited online who think similarly to me, who don’t press on by all means but who are actively willing, comfortably from home, to improve their life.
